For any commissions $80 and up, partial payments are acceptable upfront and can be negotiated with me. The final full resolution piece will not be uploaded until I receive full payment. ** I may charge an additional fee for any heavily detailed characters. Heavily detailed backgrounds are not available at the moment. However, basic color and gradient backgrounds are available at no extra cost.**

No full refunds on started commissions. Once I’ve started the piece, I am entitled to a portion of the total amount due based on how much has been completed. Whatever was finished will be sent to you(check further below for specifics). However, if I haven’t started said piece/s within a month, then a full refund is given.

When the piece is finished, you may use it for personal use. No commercial use allowed. I as the artist am allowed to use my works for display or for self promotion, however the characters are not mine, only the artwork can I claim ownership over. In addition, my artwork commissioned or other works of mine are not to be used or associated with non fungible tokens, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Any advertisements or profits made with use of my artwork that are associated with non fungible tokens is strictly prohibited.

Feel free to check up on progress at any time. However, please make sure to specify details at the initial SKETCH phases of the commission. Minor alterations can be made during the sketch phases, but no drastic changes will be made; the overall piece will be final. **To further clarify on this point, my drawings will start with an extremely rough sketch to which will be modified according to references and critique given to me. After it is approved, a cleaner sketch with detail will be made and will then be available for final changes to be made by you, the commissioner. After this point, there will be no major changes made; that is to say the pose cannot be completely changed. All changes should have been made during the rough and clean sketch phases. Linework and coloring/shading phases will not be changed unless reasoned with me. **

Do not rush me or demand things out of my limit. I have to weave my available time and work simultaneously. I will not tolerate rude and pushy behavior. If behavior continues, your money may be refunded and the piece will not be posted or shown if it has not been posted yet. However, I am very approachable & friendly, so do ask me questions or concerns if you have any!

Commissions will be worked in the order I see fit, not necessarily by ‘first come, first serve’. I work on each, depending on how complex the piece is, so each piece will be guaranteed to be completed. There is no specific timeframe by which I will finish a commission. However, a commission should not take me longer than a month and I will attempt to work on weekends and selected weekdays to work on my clients’ commissions. Please bear a bit of patience with me please.

Do not pay unless I instruct you to. I will be sending an invoice to your Paypal from which you will pay there.

**My streaming hours are from Monday to Friday 3pm EST to 5-7pm EST. If you pay your piece to be streamed, please choose a timeframe in which you know you can attend, as NO REFUNDS will be made in the circumstance of absence. I am not responsible for schedule changes of clients, so please choose carefully. These hours are subject to change due to personal matters. **

Sketch(roughs): 85% refund, 15% to artist

Sketch(clean): 75% refund, 25% to artist

Lineart: 50% refund, 50% to artist

Color: 25% refund, 75% to artist

Shading/Highlights: 10% refund, 90% to artist

Final touches: 0%, 100% to artist
